We practice a conservative approach to healing. Our goal is to transition you from our gym back to your life successfully. We will focus your treatment to maximize your time in our clinic and provide you with the professional, skilled care you deserve. We will optimize your treatment by providing you with One on One care with a licensed professional. No Aides, Techs, or Trainers - just licensed professionals to help you.

At Achieve Physical Therapy we strongly believe that "PT" should not stand for "Pain and Torture". We want our patients to enjoy coming to therapy for a sense of healing and relief, as well as the rapport and kindness you receive from our providers. We also focus on direct one-on-one care with you and your provider to maximize everyone's efforts. We will accept what your injured body will give with trying to minimizing the repercussions. Our first priority is to get your pain under control. We will then appropriately implement treatments such as stretching and strengthening as your body is ready. We want to set you up for long term success, so you can go on living your life.

Call or visit your Doctor

Call your doctor, tell them what is going on and they will send us the referral.

Get a referral

Most insurance plans require a referral to be seen by a Physical Therapist. The referral also helps your Doctor of Physical Therapy to better understand how we can help you.

Give us a call

Once that referral is sent out, feel free to give us a call and schedule your evaluation with us. We will also call you once we get the referral.
