The list above is the main ones we see day to day, if you do not see your insurance on this list please feel free to give us a call and we can let you know if we accept it or not. We also have a Self Pay option that we can talk about as well if you do not want to go through insurance.
We use a third party billing company in order to bill your insurance , depending on the plan you have will depend on how much they will ask you to cover for services. You are welcome to call your insurance company and discuss this with them to get a better idea on what they will ask of you.
If applicable we will bill a secondary insurance, once all bills have been sent out and payment has been sent back, we will then send remaining amount to you. That can be paid in person, through check, online or over the phone if you wish to call us and pay that way. We accept major credit and debit cards.

Most insurance companies will require you to have a referral in order to be seen by a physical therapist, if you have questions about if your insurance is one of them, give them a call and they will let you know.
